The requirement included a fully managed print service covering all hardware, software, installation, maintenance, support, and consumables associated with the printing solution. DBW invited proposals for the supply, implementation, and ongoing support of multi-function printing, copying, and scanning devices for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further two (2) years.
