It is designed to support adults, including those with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and older people, to achieve meaningful outcomes, maintain independence, and remain connected within their local communities. The framework promotes a strengths-based, outcomes-focused approach in line with Care Act duties and the Connected Lives model. It enables a wide range of support options, including structured day services, community-based activities, skills development, and opportunities that enhance wellbeing, social inclusion, and employment or volunteering pathways. Services are typically accessed through brokerage or direct commissioning and are intended to be flexible and responsive to individual needs. The framework also supports market diversity, encouraging providers to develop innovative and community-led solutions that deliver positive outcomes for individuals. ## CPV classification Other community, social and personal services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-069cd7-2026-05-20T10:23:49+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-069cd7-2026-05-20T10:23:49+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
