The scope of, delivery model, contractual arrangements and timescales are yet to be determined and remain subject to further analysis, options appraisal and market engagement. Indicative material streams will include, but are not limited to, the waste types listed below. The market will be kept informed as the Council’s strategy develops. Garden waste materials which will be included will be: Grass cuttings; Hedge Clippings; Leaves; Dead house and bedding plants; Windfall Fruit; Weeds; Twigs and small branches (not more 7 cm thick).
