This will include in-person attendance for the purpose of taking a log of proceedings, for Select Committees of both Houses, Joint Committees, Private Bill Committees and other Committee sittings. These transcriptions are ordered to be published by both Houses for various committees across the House of Commons and the House of Lords. This procurement is for the establishment of an internal framework agreement for transcription services. The framework will be awarded to up to 4 suppliers and is not divided into lots. The framework will support transcription operations across Parliament and is intended to ensure high quality transcription, value for money, and service resilience.
