The requirement includes the delivery of daily cleaning across visitor, staff, operational and venue hire areas, together with scheduled periodic cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, window cleaning, high-level cleaning, the supply and management of washroom consumables, and associated equipment, materials and service management arrangements. The appointed supplier will be required to deliver a reliable, safe, compliant and consistently high-quality service which supports the operation of Fort Nelson as a national museum, public visitor attraction and events venue throughout the contract term.
