## About this tender

The project will comprise the complete removal of the buildings, foundations, roads, footpaths, services and infrastructure back to a brownfield site, ready for future development. The project will also comprise the licensed removal of asbestos containing materials from the building prior to demolition and recycling of all waste materials where possible.

The residential complex includes 5 no. three-storey residential blocks, connecting single-storey concourse, boiler stack and oil storage tanks. The buildings are CLASP Mk 4 construction comprising concrete panel curtain walling fixed to a steel frame. The floors and original flat roof are timber construction and windows and doors aluminium. A steel frame pitched roof was later installed on the residential blocks with metal profiled sheets. The buildings have a gross internal floor area of 5155m2 and a total site area of 14,149m2.
