It is intended that homes will be built on the former site of Forest Lodge Education Centre (FLEC), which has now been demolished. The tender opportunity is likely to be run as an open tender exercise and use the NEC Option A as the form of contract. This exercise is NOT a call for competition and is purely a pre-market engagement exercise. The purpose of this PME exercise is to gauge market interest and capacity.
