The service will support WLWA's strategic goals around waste reduction, carbon reduction and the circular economy. The contract will commence on Friday 1st May 2026. The supplier must be able to: - Provide a reliable, responsive and customer-focused collection service operating 7 days per week, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. - Deliver a comprehensive, flexible service capable of meeting the needs of WLWA and its six (6) constituent boroughs.
