This approach will also be delivered in residential care homes where volunteers will take the same approach to preventing de-conditioning and improve patients' mobility with the subsequent benefits ensuing. Older people are identified as vulnerable in terms of de-conditioning whilst in hospital. This scheme addresses those needs to prevent future dependence on service Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-068c30-2026-04-28T09:32:44+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-068c30-2026-04-28T09:32:44+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
