The services are to be delivered across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) is conducting a Direct Award Process B (DAP B) exercise as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner(s). The DAP B exercise will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR). As a result of this Process, the ICB(s) intend to award zero volume, zero value contract(s) to all successful providers.
