A single contract has been awarded for both lots. The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months at the discretion of the authority. The contract value provided is estimated and includes planned preventative maintenance, asset verification in year 1 and an indicative figure for potential ad hoc, remedial and reactive maintenance, and any additional project work within the scope of the contract.
