The Contract is in 4 Lots: - Lot 1 Birmingham - Lot 2 North - Lot 3 South East - Lot 4 South West Suppliers can tender for all Lots, but only a maximum of 2 Lots ( subject to receiving at least 4 compliant tenders) will be awarded to any one Supplier. The Tenders will be evaluated in the order of Lot 1, Lot 4, Lot 2 and then Lot 3.
