The Council has 23 car parks across Mole Valley including the Swan Centre multi-storey car park in Leatherhead and the St Martin’s Walk multi-storey car park in Dorking with the remainder being surface car parks. The Council currently has 40 operational pay terminals (in addition to 4 out of service), 33 of which are more than 15 years old and only take cash payments. The Council requires the current pay terminal portfolio to be replaced with 41 new payment terminals (with the option for 2 additional pay terminals in Leatherhead Leisure Centre car parks) which accept cash and card payments in addition to allowing the use of payment wallets. The Council also requires the supplier to service and maintain the payment terminals for the next seven years. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the goods and services is scheduled to be on 18th December 2026 at 00:00 hours (with required installation works to commence from 4th January 2027).
