Furthermore, CITB want to understand the volume and characteristics of cohorts/groups of workers in the construction and quantify who are more at risk of leaving the sector. This will enable resources to be directed at the cohorts who are the most preventable in terms of leaving the sector. Ultimately, the aim of this research project is to provide a complete overview of employee retention in the construction sector.
