The Framework will enable the Council to procure Vehicle Accident Damage Repair Services to support its operational fleet. The Council operates a diverse fleet of approximately 600 vehicles under 7.5 tonnes, including cars, EVs, vans, minibuses, and specialist vehicles across Parks, Housing, and Passenger Transport. Accident damage is unavoidable, making timely, high‑quality repairs critical to maintaining service continuity. All repairs must meet manufacturer (OEM) standards and comply with relevant safety and regulatory requirements. Demand is variable and cannot be guaranteed.
