The work includes (please see attached spreadsheet for further details): - Heating Plant - Pumps - Control Systems - Strainers - Gas Safety Checks - Air Conditioning Plant - Hot Water Calorifiers - Air Handling Plant - Extract Fans - Water Booster Sets - Door Curtains - Water Hygeine (Legionella, Coliform, E.Coli) - Domestic Hot Water Services - POU Water Heaters - Cold Water Storage Tanks - Cold Water Services - Showers and Spray Taps - Infrequently Used Outlets - TMV's - Domestic Expansion Vessels - Handriers The contract should include the provision of water treatment / water hygiene diary, including suitable log sheets to enable to completion of weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks associated with the water treatment tasks completed.
