The scope of works includes the design (where required), supply, installation, and replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, together with associated plumbing, electrical, ventilation, flooring, decoration, making-good works, and asbestos surveys and removals where required. The programme is expected to deliver approximately 1,100 kitchen refurbishments and 900 bathroom refurbishments annually across the duration of the contract, supporting Amplius' planned investment programme and long-term asset management strategy.
