Key elements of the landscape works include the completion and/or remediation of unfinished works as follows: - Rectification and completion of paths and paved seating areas. - General remediation of the site following a long term pause in construction activities - Installation of remaining landscape furniture and features, including benches, seating walls and bespoke gateway art/features. - Soft landscaping including, preparation works and weeding, seeding, amenity planting, boundary planting and tree planting. The estimated overall maximum budget for the tender is £215,000 (exc. VAT) although this will be ultimately determined by the bid prices which are returned as part of this tender.
