This approach would combine the sourcing of private sector tenancies for high risk offenders with separate engagement, support, and oversight of those offenders. This relates specifically to tenancies that are not classified as supported exempt accommodation. The proposed pilot would require a number of specific supplier capabilities which we understand may be unusual, particularly within the timeframes involved. We are therefore seeking to verify our understanding by issuing this Request for Information, the responses to which will help inform our next steps.
