This includes the following. - Strategic media planning and advisory services to support customer communications objectives. - Buying, placement and management of media across appropriate channels to maximise reach and value for money. - Ongoing optimisation and performance management of media activity throughout delivery. - Monitoring, reporting and evaluation of media performance. - Compliance with regulatory, governance and brand requirements applicable to a regulated distribution network operator. ### Aim To appoint a supplier capable of delivering effective and value for money media buying services that support SSEN’s customer communications objectives. ### Scope We are seeking to appoint a media agency to support the SSEN brand and the delivery of its marketing campaigns for a period of three years subject to satisfactory performance and annual review with the option to extend, at SSEN’s discretion, for a period of up to two additional years. The media agencies will provide wide-ranging support which will include, and not limited to, brand and marketing polling pre and post campaign, media selection and schedule development, covering a range of channels suited to our audience.
