The framework is intended to initially commence on 1st May 2026. This pre-market engagement session is for the upcoming re-opening of the framework later in 2026. The initial series of notices for the first opening of the framework is ocds-h6vhtk-0548bf. Provision under this Independent Specialist Education Providers (ISEP) Framework is for children and young people with a range of special educational needs between the ages of 5-25 with an EHCP as set out in the SEND Code of Practice 2015.
