A framework agreement developed by the Council should prove helpful to the Clients as they would have the option of using the Consultant on the framework, rather than having to source their own architect and go through their own quality screening process. The successful Consultant must be conservation accredited and have access to a full design service. ## CPV classification Architectural design services Building consultancy services Construction consultancy services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-067695-2026-09-10T10:23:31+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-067695-2026-09-10T10:23:31+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
