The purpose of this contract would be to support the Council in window and door renewals and maintenance across the housing portfolio. While "in-house" trade operatives are used for minor repairs there has been little large-scale capital investment in window/door works for over a decade and as a result, we are starting to see an increase in the number of windows/doors failing the Decent Homes Standard. To deliver this capital investment at scale, Housing Maintenance & Development Services require a flexible measured-term contract, where such work can easily be draw down. ## CPV classification Installation of doors and windows and related components Installation of door and window frames Installation of door frames Installation of window frames Installation of doors and windows Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-0672fd-2026-03-24T15:04:17Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-0672fd-2026-03-24T15:04:17Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
