The Surveyor (hereafter referred to as the Consultant) will undertake the survey, which will be based on external and internal sample, including determining whether the properties meet the Decent Homes Standard, being: - meet the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) minimum safety standards for housing - be in a reasonable state of repair - have reasonably modern facilities and services - have efficient heating and effective insulation Sample survey of other assets such as other land or estate assets is also required. Structural surveys may also need to be conducted on non-traditional properties. The survey may cover the existing housing stock together with related housing assets, including leasehold interests.
