The LAP will retain full contractual responsibility and accountability for the end-to-end delivery, performance, and compliance of the service, including all elements delivered by subcontractors or alliance partners. The LAP will ensure that they and all alliance partners demonstrate a strong understanding of local needs and maintain effective links with local communities, services, and referral pathways, to ensure support is responsive, culturally appropriate, and accessible to diverse populations.
