Being fully compliant with all health and safety regulations. Cost-effective, sustainable procurement that delivers value for money. ### Drainage, including clearing blockages and new installations Ensure drainage serving EFDC dwellings and communal areas are free from obstructions. Emergency response (2 to 4hrs) to environmental issues or serious disruption to customers. Provide support to our Out of Hours service, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Identifying defects within drainage layouts, to prevent reoccurring issues. New installations are future proofed to ensure improved use.
