This group represents a broad mix of experience levels and requires training that is accessible, practical, and adaptable to varying levels of existing capability. The L&D product should include: - A training session focused on youth engagement, motivation, and effective employment coaching for young people. - Clear learning outcomes and practical tools that Work Coaches can immediately apply in interactions with 16-24 year olds. - Evidence based models and techniques, appropriate for DWP and the Youth Offer context. - Scenario based learning and case studies reflecting the real challenges young people face in the labour market today. - An evaluation approach that enables DWP to measure learning impact and confidence gains.
