TfL is considering a potential future procurement of a proposal that can: •Bring to life an animation concept that embodies TfL's values of accessibility, sustainability, reliability, and inclusion. •Develop a creative and commercial strategy for how the animation assets/ IP could be launched and expanded across products, partnerships, and media. •Provide creative and strategic insight into how the animation could drive revenue growth and brand equity through TfL's licensing portfolio. •The animation should align with TfL's brand identity while being flexible enough to engage global audiences of children and families. This exercise does not form part of any formal procurement process.
