The scope of works includes: - Structural alterations including extending the steel frame at roof level - A new external 'over-roof' to replace the existing including new glazing and new solar control blinds. Includes new guarding's, new roller gantries, replacement roof finishes, new louvres and all associated flashings and membranes - New external wall insulation - New waterproofing and leak detection within the existing roof voids - Installation and commissioning of all MEP systems including integration with the existing BMS.
