The services are divided into multiple lots, as detailed in the RFQ. Suppliers may submit a quotation for all lots (the full scope of services) or for one or more individual lots. The successful supplier(s) will be required to supply, operate, and manage bar services for the 2026 Festival in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFQ and any resulting contract.
