The framework will provide a compliant route for the award of call-off contracts covering: - routine and statutory inspections; - risk assessments, compliance surveys and condition grading; - identification and reporting of remedial works; - planned and reactive maintenance; - emergency response; - repairs and remediation required to address safety, compliance or performance issues; and - associated asset information, tagging and reporting. The services will support the safe and effective operation of existing ventilation assets and Yorkshire Water's compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental obligations, including COSHH and DSEAR requirements.
