The proposed counselling service model provides evidence based interventions delivered by qualified practitioners, with routine outcome monitoring and feedback mechanisms to maintain high service standards. LPT were looking for a provider to supply counselling Services in relation to staff working within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland VCS organisations. To provide the following requirements: - 1:1 Counselling, up to 4 sessions per client - Workforce Support Group: Approx. 2 hour Support Group or Drop-in session - Manager Support Group: Approx. 2 hour Support Group or Drop-in session This notice is published in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
