Paramedic Services are essential for the day-to-day operation of the airport, maintaining passenger and staff safety and regulatory compliance. The Supplier will need to ensure they meet the response times set out in the Service Level Agreement, shared at the ITN stage, therefore, having robust contracts in place with suppliers who have experience in providing these important services is vital. This Procurement supports two of MAG's values: "People at our Core" and "Safe Hands", both of which are relevant to this particular service based on the safety and wellbeing of staff and passengers.
