The bioreactor system must be autoclavable vessel, with a working volume fall into the range of 50-500 mL, enabling scalable workflows for process development, optimization, and early-stage scale-up. The solution must include an integrated control workstation for real-time monitoring, data acquisition, and process control, as well as a dedicated offline workstation or software environment for advanced data analysis, process modelling, and high-throughput experimentation. An automated sampling system (autosampler) suitable for direct integration with the proposed bioreactor system is required. The autosampler shall enable sterile, reproducible, and programmable sampling of liquid culture during fermentation or bioprocess operations, with minimal operator intervention. Equipment should be targeted for delivery, installation, and commissioning by the end of June 2026.
