It will provide universal and targeted services, based on a preventative approach to support families to succeed. The service will be safe, accessible and of a high standard. The Contractor will deliver all requirements of the modernised 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (HCP) to ensure all children, young people and their families receive the full service offer that includes an evidence-based programme of interventions, including but not limited to; screening tests, developmental reviews and information and guidance to support parenting and healthy choices.
