The Public Health Nursing Service is a universal service delivered in line with the evidence based Healthy Child Programme, with the aim of reducing inequalities and improving health and wellbeing outcomes. The service is community based and must be accessible to every child across the District. The scope of the service includes Health Visiting, School Nursing and Oral Health Promotion.
