Appointment to Lot 4 is linked to Lots 1,2 and 3. If a Bidder is appointed to 2 or more lots between Lots 1,2, and 3, the Bidder will be awarded to Lot 4. - Lot 5 Continence Products Home Delivery Service, including but not limited to: ### Continence products Other self-care products associated with care requirements in the home as required by Approved Organisations.
