This framework will provide access to a range of professional services to support public sector projects, including, but not limited to, Project Management, QS/Cost Consultancy, Architectural Design, Building Surveying and Mechanical and Electrical design services. The framework is being procured in accordance with the UK Procurement Act 2023 and available for use by central and local government bodies, NHS organisations, education institutions, housing associations and other public sector organisations. Call-off contracts may be awarded by direct award or further competition under the framework terms. The framework will support the delivery of construction, infrastructure, estates, and asset-related programmes, as well as wider strategic and advisory services.
