This request seeks the appointment of a Contractor to undertake the construction works for the Canning Town retail project to create one new commercial unit in the Canning Town LU station ticket hall. The Contractor would also be the Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations 2015 from supply through to testing and commissioning. The scope of contract includes the build, testing and handover of the retail unit. The principal contractor will transform several operational rooms into a single retail space with a glazed shopfront opening onto the public area within the main ticket hall of Canning Town station.
