Another working across both North and South and the third covering North West (Greater Manchester) . This approach will help us manage the workload, improve performance monitoring and contract management and ensure continued compliance with fire safety legislation. The objective of this procurement is to establish a new contract with the option to extend by up to two additional years (3 + 1 + 1), running to July 2029, for the delivery of fire remedial works across our housing stock. The new contract will appoint three contractors following a full competitive tender process. ## CPV classification Building construction work Building completion work Risk or hazard assessment for construction Building surveying services Building-inspection services Hazard protection and control consultancy services Fire-prevention services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-061428-2026-02-02T12:49:16Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-061428-2026-02-02T12:49:16Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
