The appointment will include feasibility, concept, spatial coordination and technical design across RIBA Stages 1–4; preparation of Employer’s Requirements to support a Design and Build procurement; energy and carbon modelling; and a continuing Technical Advisor role through construction, commissioning, handover and post-completion.
