Course should be ICF (International coach Federation) or EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) affiliated to ensure high quality preferably both. Important to be expert level insight as our coaches are already trained to a high level. At the end of the course, I would expect our coaches to be able to teach team coaching to others within DWP. We already have a foundational coaching course which teaches the skills of coaching, we will look to produce a team coaching course from this expert level content.
