The contract will be split into 3 lots: - Lot 1Lived Experience Mentoring & Trauma Informed Relationship Support; - Lot 2Trauma Informed Parenting & PACE Practice Support; - Lot 3Creative Therapeutic Support & Future Pathway Planning. Power2 is a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to supporting children and young adults (10-25) who have experienced trauma, exploitation, or instability. Their approach is rooted in relational safeguarding, developmental trauma theory, and restorative practice. The team includes social workers, senior family support worker, social care worker, educational psychologists, drama psychotherapist, 3rd sector organisations who work collaboratively to build trust, emotional safety, and resilience in the lives of those they support.
