[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Hastings Borough Council, in partnership with all other District and Borough Authorities in East Sussex, are seeking a provider (or set of providers) with suitable provision to provide a minimum of 12 units of Supported Accommodation in East Sussex, tailored to meet the demand of an entrenched rough sleeping population. This service will provide a bespoke offer of Supported Accommodation aimed working with those with entrenched and multiple compound needs. The service will focus on providing a period of accommodation to deliver assessments, promote recovery, and work to facilitate homelessness prevention by delivering a package of tenancy readiness training and skills development that aims to promote move on into general needs accommodation. The project will benefit from a specialist Move On pathway, tailored to a variety of needs and that respond to supporting our objectives of rough sleeping prevention. This will include access to Housing First units under the Single Homeless Accommodation Programme, Rough Sleeping/Next Steps Accommodation Programme, or other supported accommodation services.
