The DAC system is currently deployed across more than 20 BBC locations-from BBC Scotland to BBC Plymouth. While workflows vary between sites, the system’s primary purpose is to control access and provide an audit trail for the use of physical assets in production environments, particularly within TV and Radio Production. These assets include keys to premises, devices, technical areas, equipment, and broadcast vehicles. The BBC aims to enhance its key management capabilities by adopting a solution that supports DAC principles, improves auditability, and integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure. The aim is to achieve this by May 2027. ## CPV classification Security services Software package and information systems Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-060436-2026-01-13T09:25:41Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-060436-2026-01-13T09:25:41Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
