A basic referral will be given to the accommodation provider, and the provider will need to let the Council know if they can provide accommodation within 15 minutes of receiving the referral. It is expected that 95% of referrals will be accepted into the service. The accommodation will deliver: - Around 11 units of single person accommodation - there may be a need to provide some flexibility around the number of beds provided at any one time. - A support package to those accommodated - Referrals for those accommodated into specialist services.
