The service accommodates 30 people who have co-occurring support needs and have experienced rough sleeping or other forms of homelessness. The service is deemed high support requiring the appropriate level of support to safely support the residents, staff and visitors to the service. The service provider must be trauma informed and be able to adopt a psychologically informed environment for both the residents and the staff.
