The Contract will also include an annual tree survey, tree maintenance services, tree and stump removal works, and repairs to existing damaged grass and other landscaped areas. Ferguslie Park Housing Association are undertaking the procurement for the Contract in accordance with Regulation 21 (Reserved Contacts) and Regulation 28 (Open Procedure) of The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Participation in the procurement and the award of the Contract is reserved to a supported business.
