The system will support the Dementia Hub service. The Dementia Hub, based in Leyton, is a support service for people living with dementia in their own homes in Waltham Forest. Group sessions take place at the Hub whilst other service users have a one-to-one visit in their own homes. The service is designed to enhance wellbeing, maintain independence, and offer peer support and feedback opportunities for users and carers.
