The service operates within a highly regulated environment and supports the safeguarding and administration of funds held on behalf of vulnerable court users and children. The procurement is expected to seek a supplier capable of delivering a modern, secure and resilient end-to-end service, including digital customer channels, operational processing, payment and investment administration, systems integration, data migration, service transition and ongoing live operations. A key objective of the programme is to transform the current largely manual and legacy-based service into a streamlined digital service that improves accessibility, efficiency, transparency and user experience for both clients and administrators.
